I created this blog when my sweet little girl, Kristen, was diagnosed with cancer, for the third time. After fighting for almost 3 years Kristen was called home to that same God who gave her life. One of my favorite quotes comes from Neal A. Maxwell- "Those who "plow in hope" not only understand the law of the harvest but they also understand what growing seasons are all about. True, those with genuine hope may see their proximate circumstances shaken like a kaleidoscope at times, yet with the "Eye of faith" they still see divine design." Kristen blessed lives and continues to do so. Her light continues to shine. As for me, I continue to "plow in hope" knowing well that Kristen is mine for eternity. Families can be together forever!

Polly, don't give up. God is right there with you and He knows what He's doing! His heart is aching for Kristen just as much (or more) as yours is.

Praying for another miracle along with you and lots of blessings headed your way.

Polly, Emma is right. What a beautiful comment. We forget that Jesus weeps with us. sometimes I just want Him to wave a wand and fix everything.

But what we, as humans, are unable to see is that he is right beside us,feeling our pain and suffering like no one else can. Feeling it, not causing it.

Polly somehow you will be strong. and we will be strong with you.

all our love and prayers.
Please keep us posted.

Polly, I am praying for you, for strength and peace in the midst of this, that you would know God's presence in a way you have never known it before, that He would lavish you with His love. And of course, I am praying for Kristen, that God would heal her, that He would end her usffering. Blessings to you and yours.

Oh Polly,
This is not what I expected to hear this morning. Dear God hold Polly up and give her the strength that she needs. God please bless Kristen with your mighty love and please heal her so she can come home and be with her family. What a beautiful angel you have graced this family with, Kristen is a gift like no other. Precious as she can be, dear God hold Kristen close in your arms and help her to feel better. We all love Kristen and are praying for this precious child. Sending love and prayers!

Even the strongest, have their weak times. And I've realized, it's okay to be weak once in a while. Thinking of you and sending many ((((((hugs)))))) your way.
